It's like, if Nintendo want players to experience some level of immersion in their games, especially one like Metroid, then they could have kept the thing going like the rest of the controls.
They managed to include interesting new things like the grapple throw then they could have still incorporated the door opening into Samus' left hand, aka the Nunchaku controller.
from recent reviews of other games, like Red Steel and Zelda, i feel Metroid would be able to make goo duse of the Wii control system.
reveiws said that the Wii functions on Zelda felt "tacked on", like they could be done without, but Metroid would make good use of the 'throw and yank' methos of grappling etc.
(i am in no way dissing Zelda, in fact, it'll still be my first game, and i look forward to it)
this obviously isnt going to stop me awaiting Prime 3, but its only really something I felt like sharing. Seeing as I've been told GAME wont be able to fulfil my order with their first shipment (again, im in the UK) i have to do something to keep me occupied til the glorious day i get a Wii
