heres my take...
smithy is back and broken the star road once again but the only way to fix it is to physically move the stars etc etc.... with an ending where mario is eaten by a giant mecha bowser being controlled by bowser jr and you get to play as Geno and use fps controls with the wii-pointer to shoot stars out of genos mighty fist to knock mechabowsers head off (think rock'em sock'em robots) and baby bowsers head explodes.
then the koopa kids come out of no where and to thank you, but tell you they were kidnapping the princess while you were busy fixing the star road and hint at a sequel. final scene: koopa kids on a koopa airship floating off to a watery planet
the sequel will come out on nintendo's 7th console that has a unigue interface: a spere with 4 buttons on it that is capable of hovering in place and the console, which will be codenamed ULTRANITROREVOLUTION, can simulate low to anti-gravity environments and let you feel what its like to be mario in a watery world where he is constantly swimming. the controller was built with the game in mind but wont be available at launch. people will complain that it isnt the
real mario 128 they've been hoping for.
also, sonysoft will release their second console after the merger of corperations sony and microsoft. their new machine will boas all the latest specs and will have finally perfected the technology popularized by the Wii back in 2006. after finding out about ULTRANITROREVOLUTION's (codename) weightless controller, they will implement a similar but in ferior technology into a tech demo only one week before e3. the demo is of a boy pushing a ball on the floor. sonysoft will call it a revolution in gaming and say that nintendo stole the industry from them, and call their new controller the dualball. the contorller will be made up of two spheres with sixteen buttons each. they will be rumbled enabled, though because of rumble weightlessness in the controller is not possible. to promote backwards compatibility with their first system, the the Sonysoft Eyebox1 they allow connectivity of their eyetoy wand remote, to be insiderted to a usb port in between the dualball controller and have pointer functionality with their older games.
(sorry i got way off topic there)
