Topic: Argh! I need a cheap second GameCube!

Man, I wish Wii would hurry up and come out so that the GameCube would be easy to find super-cheap.

I have my GameCube.  I have two broadband adapters.  I have two GameBoy Players (three actually, I found two today, brand new, for $5 each).  I hope to soon have a second copy of Mario Kart: Double Dash.  I have five WaveBirds and two corded controllers (not to mention my two Hori pads and my keyboard controller).  All I need is that blasted second 'Cube.

You can get one with the DRE problem off eBay for about $20 and fix it yourself... I think that's about as cheap as you're going to be able to do.

Man, UncleBob. That is an awesome price for a GameBoy Player. Since you have 3 and are only looking to have two GameCubes, any chance I could purchase one from off of you?
