But come on, you're gonna give Pale a nervous breakdown. We like Pale, he's a good guy. If you aren't careful you're going to tick somebody like Deguello off and public relations and diplomacy aren't his strong suits.

Yes, bumping threads is hilarious, and part of it is the reaction it gets (even if we drive pale up the wall).  Lest we forget Minnie the Moocher!

I fear Deguello.

A glooming peace this morning with it brings;
The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head:
Go hence, to have more talk of these sad things;
Some shall be pardon'd, and some punished:
For never was a story of more woe
Than this of Sega and her Mashiro.

I went into the first one and figured he was just bein' funny.  Then I went into the second and realised I had stepped into a timewarp.

Careful, the upper end of Pale's wall is where he stores his banstick.

I don't recall there being a rule against responding to posts.  I'm well within my rights as a member of this community pretending to be another member of this community.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

Bumping threads is about as funny as wandering.

There is a rule against disrupting the board.  If i can find a logical reason for bumping a post, there's nothing wrong with that.  If you are doing it just to be a pain in the ass, that's disruptive.

I wasn't just being a pain in the ass; I was imitating real life.  Think of it as performance art.

I thought there was already a "necromancy = ban" rule?

The thing that I dislike about the mass bumping of old threads is that it makes the board look bad.  At a time when our site's traffic is dying, do we really need people going around and making the site look bad?
Just some random guy on the internet who has a different opinion of games than you.

I don't think bumping threads is quite that funny....
