My friend told me some guy made a system-he called it the yoshi box-and it played games from every system like ps,ps2,GC,GBA,xbox, dreamcast or whatever. Did anyone else here about this?
If anybody wants to give me any virtual boy games, that would be, Indubitably, Neat-o.

I imagine that's super BS.  How could a system play both GC optical disc thingies and other discs? And GBA uses cartridges.

Its real, someone hollowed out a PC tower to shove all the stuff in there... looked rather nice in the end considering what it could do and how many different places it had to have to stick the different games (NES was one of them too if I recall) and controller ports.

I don't think anyone else would really attempt to repeat the process done to make the Yoshi Box, but you have to respect the owner of it for making the concept actually work in the end.

Can you give me a site with pictures or something.  I would love to see this.

Yoshi's Boxx

I've heard there was an updated version done recently, but the articles about that one on the website make it seem like it's just the same thing with upgraded PC parts and the Atari and NES removed.  Pretty disappointing since they surely could have at least put in a GB Player, but revealing that you can buy an attachment to play all the GB games through GCN might make their precious Xbox look worse.

the yoshi box was made by Yoshi (last name) who works for TechTV on Screensaver's (i think it's screensavers).  He made it a while ago, when there was no gb player.  For all of you out there, it's not for sale, and it's never going to be for sale, so who cares about it?

and another thing.  It doesn't play all disks on the same drive, there's a different one for the different systems.
