BOTH Lucariofan99 AND Oblivion have been formally warned in the past about using "gay" as an insult.

Lucariofan posted something stupid, breaking this rule.
He realized/was told what he did was stupid and removed it on his own.
However, Oblivion quoted the message, reposting the offense.

Then, none of you bothered to report it and, instead, many of you added fuel to the fire.

At this point, I think the only option is to try that idea I had for banning everyone from the forums.
