That article is absolutely ridiculous.

Quote

The current belief is that the Revolution will be released in late 2006, around the time the Sony PS3 comes out. It's an interesting move to have the two Nintendo consoles exist side by side in the market. It's nearly a suicidal move to release the Revolution at the same time as the PS3. One has to think that Nintendo has a strategy in place to combat Sony.

No kidding?  Does he honestly think Nintendo wouldn't have a strategy?
Quote

Bearing in mind that all details are only rumor and subject to change, let's assume for a second that the Nintendo Revolution will sport the specs listed in the last section.

Nintendo is going to get trounced.

There's no way around it. That is, unless they truly do pull off a revolution. Sticking to their cooperate mantra, Nintendo claims that redesigning the way people play games is going to be their ticket to a large market share.

I think I'll stay away from howstuffworks.com for my video game knowledge, thank you very much.

Note:  Their concept art looks absolutely horrible.

WTF is THAT. That article is a LAME as the writer. There is NO WAY the REV. looks like that. It looks WORSE than the Gamecube. Reggie or Iwata already said the design of Rev. would not look like the Gamecube (I LOVE HALO 2-looking)  at ALL. I think they used the word "Sexy". Plus it looks like some computer graphics made that up, and not an actual picture. Just look at the shadows. Fake like Pamela Anderson.

Howstuffworks seems to be in decline lately. They had an article about features they'd like to see in Halo 3! WTF.

That was a waste of my time to read. It's all based on assumptions.

Sounds like they have been playing too much Halo 2. Revolution made by "Covenant technology" PS3 with "dual wielding" niedler like controls (Which look Re frigging Tarded)

Meh anyone makes websites and suggests things these days. I think ill write my own article, on how The Next Gameboy will be powered by iPod tech, because of the Apple Nintendo alliance. With a 4 GB Hard Drive, and connects to iTunes. It will also play Gamecube games and connect to the revolution, which will hold even more MP3s. Music is the Future!

lol anyways..

Maybe that hand Nintendo is sending out has something to do with the new controller?  Maybe Rev will come with prosthetic appendages for us to play games with...  That's pretty revolutionary...

That design for the revelution is horrible. first, it looks ugy, second it is not very funtional, why would they make a metal box around it for no reason except to take up extra space?  Lol think I will wait untill E3 before I make any conclusions.
