« on: August 24, 2004, 10:49:42 AM »
Sorry if this has been posted before, but was just wondering if there are any Athletic-type titles out for the gamecube, Ive done a few searches on google, but nothing has come up so Im assuming theres none out there.. If so, does anyone know of any future developments of any games like this,

Thanks in advance

This came to my mind when reading your thread. Sadly it is the only one that came to my mind. I think that is the only athletics game available for cube which is a shame because it doesn't have very many events.

Well thanks for the reference, Id actually not come across this before so cheers for that.. It seems after searching Ebay for the game, its only available for Region 2 (US/CAN) and not been released in the UK..  Or am I wrong :S

I picked up this game for 3 bucks at a Blockbuster sale one day and I definately got my 3 bucks worth, if for nothing else but the curling.  You heard me CURLING.  Come on a curling video game.  I'll put it on late, after most people have left the house and those that have never played it will groan at first, but before you know it I have to kick their ass out the door.  It was a great mindless 4 in the morning game.  I got bored with it, but it was definately worth the 3 dollars.

Region 2 is EU/JPN. Look at the back of your DVDs, there should be a world map with a number on it somewhere.

People actually LIKE Decathlon? I thought that was made for the sole purpose of torturing prisoners of war... It claimed the live of one of my Joysticks on the C64. Damn you Decathlon, I'll get you for that!
