EDISON, N.J., April 15, 2004 - Continuing an impressive series of content acquisitions for its Game Boy® Advance Video line-up, Majesco, today announced an agreement with Cartoon Network to publish Game Boy Advance Video products based upon several Cartoon Network Original shows.
Under terms of the agreement, Majesco secured the North American and European rights to publish Game Boy Advance Video titles based on Cartoon Network properties, including Codename: Kids Next Door, Ed, Edd n Eddy, The Powerpuff Girls, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Johnny Bravo, Courage the Cowardly Dog and Dexter’s Laboratory.
“Our Game Boy Advance Video technology continues to draw accolades, and content providers have been eager to have their franchise properties accessible to the more than 30 million Game Boy® Advance and Game Boy® Advance SP users in North America and Europe,” said Jesse Sutton, Chief Executive Officer, Majesco Sales Inc. “We are delighted to expand our relationship with Cartoon Network and bring their excellent programming to a potentially new audience.”
