« on: August 27, 2003, 10:13:27 AM »
Find out what Nintendo have to display at ECTS this week.

Today the doors opened for this year’s European Computer Trade Show, part of London Games Week.

Nintendo’s stand is in front of the Earls Court 1 building, at the Brompton Road entrance. The area is accessible to all ECTS badge holders and is decorated with palm trees and white and red painted tyres arranged to resemble a go-kart track. As well as the promised truck with 48 stations GameCubes running, there are kart shaped seats and a big screen for 4-player Mario Kart in LAN mode.

The GameCube games playable are:

1080 Avalanche
Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg
F-Zero GX
The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords
Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour
Mario Kart: Double Dash
Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes
Pac-Man GC
Pikmin 2
PN03
Pokemon Colosseum
Sonic Adventure DX Director's Cut
Soul Calibur II
Star Wars: Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike
Viewtiful Joe
WWE Wrestlemania XIX

Playable Game Boy Advance games include:

Banjo Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
Finding Nemo
The Hobbit
Mario & Luigi
Pokémon Pinball Ruby & Sapphire
Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire
Super Mario Bros.3: Super Mario Advance 4

We have more coverage of games at Nintendo and third party stands coming up soon, for now remember to take a look at the photos from Nintendo’s booth.

Hm, a local retailer has listed it as available today (was 29.8. earlier). Doesn't matter, I'm broke. Damn, why do they have to sell it for EUR60 although it's just USD40 in the USA?

Actually it will be $50.00 in the USA, Since almost all new GameCube games are $50.00.

I've seen reports that all Capcom 5 titles (except for RE4) are priced at USD40.
