Topic: tech tv - new gaming product

i was watching techtv, either xplay or fresh gear, and they mentioned nintendo announcing a "new gaming product" no pictures no further detail, nothing. rrr, i hate how i take the bait. this gets my immagination running wild. I dream of a hard drive simply to be plugged into the bottom of the game cube instead of the GBPlayer. would this not make a lot of games very expandable (imagine sailing to new worlds with your windwaker) does anyone have any info on this "new gaming product" because right now i'm using dialup and i don't have the patience to go surfing.

They were probably talking about Iwata's statement that a new piece of hardware(most likely a new GB) will be revealed next spring.  Though it could be something completely different...

Well it could be some little information that was released that they will announce something new and different next spring.
