Some news from updates around the Nintendo universe this week:

• The 2.0 update for Tri Force Heroes, which includes Miiverse stamps among other functions and improvements, is now live
• This week's event stage for Super Mario Maker is a tribute stage to Mario and Luigi: Paper Jam (Bros) ahead of the title's release outside of North America. Completing the stage awards a "Mario Trio" Mystery Mushroom that includes Mario, Paper Mario and Luigi including a taunt that creates the Papercraft Mario
• The Mahi-Mahi Resort Splatoon stage, shown off in the November 12 Nintendo Direct, will be live tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern time. It was shown off in yesterday's Treehouse "Splatournament", in which Nintendo World Report founder Billy Berghammer's team was eliminated in two straight matches.
