Topic: The (Un)Official Game Recommendation Thread!!!

Since there really isn't one like it, I decided to create a thread for recommending various games. There are too many great games out there (old or new) that remain mostly undiscovered, so we can sort of have a community-wide recommendation circle. Just list a game, platform, and a small description of the game, telling us why we should play it. All platforms (Nintendo or otherwise) are open, as are all time periods. Who'll start us off?

I never played the Wii version but I'll definitely be picking up the Vita one. It seems like the perfect kind of game to have on a handheld. From what I understand the Wii game didn't have pointer controls, so I'm not even missing anything there.

I maintain that Little King Story is one of the best games on the Wii and of the last generation in general. It's more than a Pikmin clone. It's significantly weirder than that. And like Kairon said, it's hard as hell. Super hard. Final boss is bananas. And lack of pointer controls never bothered me (though I never tried the New Play Control Pikmin games).

I don't like what I've seen of the Vita quasi-remake. Looks like they stripped the soul out of it to make it more marketable.
