The development of Sega's Hatsune Miku and Future Stars: Project Mirai is complete, according to a post on the series' official Twitter.

The vocaloid-starring rhythm title, which will see release in Japan on March 8, concluded its year and a half development time according to the Project Diva's Twitter page. Whether the game will ever come to the west is unknown.

I do hope this makes it over. The series hasn't in the past, but that was before Hatsune Miku made her US debut. I guess music licensing will be a sticking point.

I imported the first two Project Diva games for the PSP. Next to Ouendan, they're probably my favorite rhythm games. It would be ashame if series never made it to the west.

I know what you mean man. Because of Region locking I couldn't put my Animal Crossing Wild World save file data onto my American copy of City Folk for Wii... C'mon man. All I wanted to do was import my fruit furniture over.
