Racing game Pyroblazer will not see a Wii release, according to an e-mail NWR received from CEO of Eipix Games Mirko Topalski.
Pyroblazer was first announced in March 2008 and was billed as a futuristic combat racing game with anti-gravity craft called Blazers. Its features included Eipix's proprietary Ultra Engine as well as the PhysX middleware, and local and online multiplayer modes were also planned. Although originally slated for the PC, PSP, and Wii platforms, only the PC version saw release in late 2008. In regards to the other platforms, Topalski writes that "there will be no other versions of Pyroblazer."
The CEO of Eipix went on to explain in his e-mail that the independent Serbian development studio "has restructured, rebranded" and is now "going in a completely new direction."
