If you guys like Pikmin's Action RTS style you should check out Brutal Legend. You play Eddie Riggs who is like a heavy metal version of Olimar and you recruit units like headbangers and issue them orders via Riggs as opposed to games like Warcraft where you are God looking down from the sky.

If you like Pikmin then check out Little King's Story on the Wii. It plays a lot like Pikmin and it's a great game that got overlooked by many.
