If I hadn't already fallen completely in love with Dokapon Kingdom then this might be interesting... but since discovering Dokapon Kingdom I've had no love for other party games.  It destroyed Mario Party 8, and I don't think anything will knock it off my "favorite geeky party game" pedestal for a long long time.

Dokapon Kingdom is awesome. But it is definitely for a different crowd. I know I can break out MP with my GF and her family and it will be a hit but if I'm with my more gamer type friends DP is the only way to go for that type of game.

um Hudson fails because they for get to realize they own Bomberman and are owned by Konami

Bomberman Party sounds like it would rock

Imagine all of the crazy bomb related mini games.

My first thought was "Awesome Idea!".  Then, I remembered how bad the mini-games in the two DS Bomberman Land Touch! games were.
Just some random guy on the internet who has a different opinion of games than you.

True enough.  Dokapon Kingdom is surprisingly dense and sometimes slow paced.  I hadn't really tried it with non-gamers, but can totally see what you mean.
