Nintendo is doing this sort of thing too often, I am really starting to get the impression they are doing this intentionally, knowing full well what is going to go through peoples' heads when they read this.

Well yeah. Its like the "Size Does Matter" campaign for Godzilla... of course they realized what people would think, and they did that because it gets people talking about it which is the whole intent of marketing.

I find it interesting that no one here is saying "the already painfully huge pixels of the DS Lite."

Painful? I played games in 320x240 on TVs and computer screens and it didn't hurt one bit.

Just like only putting 512 megs of memory in the Wii.  Why do you do it Nintendo? The better tech is out there and plenty cheap enough!
