« on: May 03, 2009, 08:31:38 PM »
Wolverine, robots, horses, and aquariums populate the game releases while Nirvana, Jane's Addiction, and Megadeth are among the bands with new songs for Guitar Hero: World Tour and Rock Band 2.

With a few more releases than last week, this week has little more going for it than a pair of Wolverine titles and a Monolith Soft game.

On the downloadable side, World Tour gets three more Nirvana tracks while Rock Band 2 gets a Jane's Addiction album, a Megadeth album, and more.

Believe me when I say that I had to summon all the strength in the universe to refrain from making a boobie joke when writing about Robot Taisen.

I hear the DS version of the Wolverine game is much better than expected.
And not to nitpick, but wouldn't this topic be considered a week late?
shouldn't we know whats coming out "this" week during the actual release week?
is there a reason this is always announced after the fact? is it because of unannounced DLC?

It's generally because the three people that do this (Luke, Pedro, and I) also do a lot of other stuff on the site, so this usually ends up falling a little behind. We're working on trying to get it up earlier. Hopefully this week's will be up within the next day or two.

Oh ok. not a big deal, but I was just wondering.
Its actually something I typed out to post in previous weeks but thought it wasn't important enough to really ask and closed the window instead.
I actually hit submit this time since I had something to add other that that question.
