Well, with three games on the DS it's pretty likely that any fan of Castlevania has a DS, no?
I meant more expensive if they're trying to use the full abilities of the home console rather than making it like a handheld game on the big screen. Odin Sphere didn't really seem like something the DS couldn't handle.
The point about the controller was that unless you use it for mechanics specifically introduced to use it (AKA gimmicks) it'll feel bare, simple.
I mean, think about it, a game that looks like it could be done on the DS with only minor downgrades and controls like a DS game too except it doesn't have a second screen for the map and requires a controller that's mostly used by downloadable old games... How many people would pay retail for that? And really, what reason would it have to not be downloadable? A downloadable Wii game is restricted to 10-15$/€ if you want to remain sane (I don't think anyone would charge as much or more than one points card contains even if Nintendo allowed it). A retail DS game is 30$/40€, that's at least twice as much plus retail has a bigger userbase than downloadable. I just don't see it making any sense. They can sell their old Cvs as downloadable games and throw the new ones onto a platform where they count as state-of-the-art instead of retro.
