I always wondered, if you have a flask on you and your in a vehicle, can you get busted for having an open container?

probably. i got pulled over once just for having my cell phone in my hand during a red light when i cop pulled up next to me. I tried to explain the cell phone wasnt even on, the battery was dead, i even howed him that it wouldnt turn on.. and i still got a ticket.

i'm sure having an open flask in the car would constitute a sobriety test to them

I need to ask, why the hell did my title change? I didnt even get drunk yet! I think whoever changed my title traveled to the future, into tomorrow night, and saw how drunk i'll be.
