It tapered off at the end because of three things: The mafia was gone, I wasn't pushing to make each day interesting at this point, and the weekend.  See, once the mafia was done, the game became a formulaic "Vote Pale thrice, pick a player to kill." game, rather than one where people attack each other.  If I had killed off all the inactive townies, it might have been interesting, though, since the only players left then would be some awesome players.

I also want to say there was one townie that really blew me out of the water, as far as public communications, go, and that was Arbok.  He knew what was going on, guessed patterns, and connected dots few others did, and the whole time, people half suspected him of being mafia because of it.  It was pretty interesting.

I knew what was going on? Cause I sure didn't feel like it upon the time of my death, and especially in retrospect (I was almost positive Shyguy was the Rex the night I died).

Anyway, yeah, I had a ton of fun playing the game. I knew being so vocal would drive a lot of attention to myself, but I rarely go half hearted with anything. It's definitely more entertaining to be more public as well, and be able to play with people like Decoyman who also give it their all. I can see how it raises suspicion, though, considering that most of the regular townies this game didn't participate much at all when everything was said and done outside of a few (Bustin and 18Days).

Overall, as I have said before, I loved the quirks and depth of this particular game. The complexity definitely added to my enjoyment as just trying to place actions to the many differing motives and available powers/restrictions was more than enough to keep one active even without additional powers. So thanks for the great game thatguy, and I will definitely be looking to join in on another mafia game at a later date if my schedule allows it.

I have to agree, Arbok. You did a great job, and it was my dumb fault for (and Susie's, too) offing you when it was becoming obvious that you probably weren't mafia.

Your finding and attempted exploit of the T-Rex role loophole was useful (and saved some innocents later on, like Sister Mary LeFever), and attention to voting habits to try to narrow the T-Rex down based on his invisible vote. All that enabled us to figure out who was who, and end the game faster. So, even though you weren't around in the end, you were still helping us out.

Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!
