The defense has no objections on calling Detective S-U-P-E-R Loosescrew to the stand

Hmph. Once again, you've lost sight of the purpose of this case.

The question is not whether or not the defendant is guilty of plagiarism. The QUESTION, is whether or not he is a SHILL!

And Detective S-U-P-E-R Loosescrew has only one piece of testimony to give on the subject:

I just checked his profile and saw that he's Union Pentagon, ahahahahahah

The prosecution rests.

Allow me to outline what really happened.  ARO started a discussion with some draft text on Wikipedia's site.  Through contribution of other members it was corrected over some time to it's present state.  This community effort is a major part of Wikipedia.  Exhibit B

Well then ARO needs to accredit the contributors right?

TAKE THAT!

Well according to my earlier evidence, Exhibit A, community efforts become absorbed as part of the GNU Free Document License, which allows VERBATIM COPYING he just forgot to link the GFDL

The prosecution would like you to believe that my client performed plagiarism, since he could never have written such clear text.  However, I have just shown how they could have accomplished just that.  We still do not have proof of an original source that is not my clients, on which to base these claims of plagiarism.

I can't believe I just came up with that crap... should I have been a lawyer??  I know my client is guilty, but I must keep stalling, otherwise Khushrenada dies!

Smash... your paddling up the wrong creek!

Good point...
Credit does go to Wikipedia on 3/4 of that statement.
Also, I am a perfectionist; even if I did write that entire statement, it would still be neat!

The defendant admits his guilt on the plagiarism matter, even though that's not what we're trying him for.

Now, how do you respond to the other allegations, Mr. Union Pentagon?

Shhhhh!!, you shouldn't join in on your own defense, let your lawyer do his work. You could just end up saying something that will ultimately help the prosecution and the evidence is already stacked up against you as it it.

I feel I must step in here and point out that ARO didn't post that.  NWR did.

I've got nothing on Union Pentagon... a search in google marks a NWR post as #1

That and my client damned himself with his post.

Not a bright cookie... I'm glad Khushrenada's dead.

What the....?

And how is ARO going to teach us Japanese if he can't find his thread?
Whoever said, "Cheaters never win" must've never met Khushrenada.

Court is still in session.

Am I in the jury?  if so, I don't exactly understand who we're accusing of what.  If anything, I'd have to say that Khushrenada is guilty of at least Man2.
...Or something.

Also, ARO, download Firefox.  It has built in spell-checker.  Then perhaps you'll look smart enough to have committed crimes.  Right now, you're just Khushrenada's stooge.

OBJECTION!

I'll have you refer to this thread, where your client said, and I quote (grammar errors have been bolded):

The "Final Fantasy" series have been split through the middle with Nintendo and Sony...
...Square Soft (current Square Enix) created the series, and Sony is more up-to-date; however, Nintendo helped Square Soft develope, fund, and sell/suply the beginning of the series.
Who should own copyright to the name?

Do you expect this court to believe that your client wrote the clear and concise paragraphs on Miyamoto in the first post while your client is also so ignorant to the current affairs of the gaming industry (and proper grammar and spelling) that he believes Sony and Nintendo are vying to own the copyrights to the Final Fantasy series? Not to mention the fact that he posted the thread about Shigeru Miyamoto on a board which has absolutely no relation to Miyamoto-san.

Lastly, can you PROVE that the defendant is the original author of this material?

Seeing as I only know the answer to this I will, well, answer it:

You see, I am writing a book called "Final Fantasy - Diayamondo no Densetsu", and I needed to know which company helped Square Soft get back on there feet with the "Final Fantasy" series.

Ignore the post above this one......

Also, if this case is still going on, take it to "General Chat" section {NWR Court: ARO vs. Everyone Else}

I look forward to reading this book more than anything!

Also, bless his heart, ARO sent me a real Japanese lesson in my PM box:
