That would be an exception then, like when you have humans drinking their urine or love feces all over them is also another case of exception, because for either humans, cats, and dogs it is not the typical behaviour.

My puppy likes feces.  She likes her own well enough, but she's coo-coo for bunny poop.

Fun disgusting fact of the day:  Animals eat their own excrement to gain valuable minerals that weren't absorbed by their bodies the first time...

Bill is right, Bunnies are notorious for this because they process their high fiber food twice to get the nutrients. It's called coprophagy and it's the same principle as animals chewing their cud.
