NOTE: I know I did a similar topic a few weeks back, but I can't find it. If you do, please lock this and I'll just update that one.
Surprised no one is talking about this yet. Nintendo did their press conference and announced the Wii and DS games they expect to release in 2007. Nothing new is revealed, but it does confirm some former GC games being turned into Wii games.
Here's the updated list:

Fire Emblem: Akatsuki no Megami 2007.02.22
Eyeshield 21: Field Saikyou no Senshi Tachi 2007.03.08
Super Paper Mario 2007.04.19
Wii Yawaraka Atama Juku (Big Brain Academy) 2007.04.26
Wii Health Pack 2007
Disaster (Day of Crisis) 2007
Mario Party 8 2007
Project H.A.M.M.E.R 2007
Super Mario Galaxy 2007
Dairantou Smash Brothers X (Super Smash Bros. Brawl) 2007
Totsugeki Famicom Wars W (Batallion Wars 2) 2007
Donkey Kong Barrel Jet Race (Donkey Kong Bongo Blast) 2007
Forever Blue 2007
Mario Strikers Charged 2007
Metroid Prime 3 Corruption 2007
Doubutsu no Mori (Animal Crossing) TBA
Hoshi no Kirby TBA
DK and Kirby and finally confirmed (even though its been mentioned once or twice). But I will be surprised if Nintendo manages to release ALL of those titles in 2007. I see some of them being delayed till 2008. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the games are so far ahead in the development that they are pretty much finished and ready for release. Super Paper Mario was the same way.
