About the legal hazards, do you think someone would win a case against Nintendo if someone choked someone to death with its cord?  Wouldn't the one at fault be the choker, I mean you don't hear about rope making companies being sued?  Then again this is Nintendo, ppl somehow bring up stupid lawsuits and win....

Anyone remember the Donkey Kong lawsuit, or the Alpex case that originally cost nintendo $250 million dollars back in the NES days?

Oh and since nobody else has mentioned this I'll just throw it out here, how soon do you guys think Wii haters or stupid children will break the kiosk controllers?
