Maybe it's because I'm away at college and haven't been around the little ones in my family for a while, or maybe it's because I'm not as well-versed on what's 4Chan popular on the intarwebs these days, but I had no idea that Lazy Town was becoming some sort of craze. I saw the commercials, thought it was the most ridiculous thing I had ever seen, and forgot about it. Oh well...

In any case, if this show really is that popular it would be a good game to have anyway, even if it turned out to be cash-grab license crap (which is usually the case with these things). I'll most likely avoid it, but knowing how these things go my mother will probably buy it for my younger family members...only she won't buy them their own Wii and will be content to just let a house full of brats monopolize mine...

To speak seriously about Lazytown, Robbie Rotten is a hilarious villain.  I mean LOL-moments ahoy type stuff.  He just moves around so oddly and speaks with a lot of strange enunciation, focusing on different words in an overly-serious kind of way.

Yes, I have watched it a few times.  Shut up.
I must find a way to use "burninate" more in my daily speech.

My little brother watched Teletubbies in Middle School, my Older Sister watched Sesame Street in High School, and I watch Saturday morning cartoons.  So I can't really judge their Strell.

I think it's clear what must be done...

Strip Bill of his title.

A glooming peace this morning with it brings;
The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head:
Go hence, to have more talk of these sad things;
Some shall be pardon'd, and some punished:
For never was a story of more woe
Than this of Sega and her Mashiro.

Youtube has failed me. I can't find a video of the english Lazy Town opening sequence for that song. You're hearing the full song as a "single" version, and with specifically editted clips instead of hearing and seeing the piece as milllions of childrens and pedobears do everyday.

"OK, first we need someone to complain about something trivial. Golden or S_B should do. Then we get someone to defend the game, like Bill or Mashiro. Finally add some Unclebob or Pro666 randomness and the thread should go to hell right away." -Pap64

I can understand watching this for nostalgia if you grew up with it. Since it's a new show, there is something very, very wrong with 20-somethings that watch it voluntarily.

once in the morning(between 9am and 3pm) i was flippin through channels, and the pirate one was on. my thoughts were 'this is the greatest new childrens show ever with their advocation of piracy' till i learned that it was only that episode, and it is scandinavian, then i was dissapointed it wasn't a viking episode...

also icelandic people scare me(look like elves )

Where do you think Peter Jackson got them all?

Oh no... I think I just sealed my fate. My niece loves Lazy Town and I just introduced her to the Wii and well...this won't turn out well.
