Get on over to the Nintendo World Store this Saturday!

Want to get your DS Lite before everyone else (well, besides those who got them from the street date leak)? If you live in New York City, the Nintendo World Store's got you covered. This Saturday, from 9 PM until 2 AM, you'll be able to line up to get your hands on the slick new handheld. Once it's Midnight, the DS Lite will go on sale for everyone to purchase.    

To keep you entertained, Nintendo will have a live DJ, Mario interacting with fans, and more. Also, the first 100 in line will get free carrying cases. So, again, if you want to get your grubby little hands on a Lite, get yourself to 10 Rockefeller Center at 9 PM.

i would LOVE to go to another one of their events there, the last one was a blast....but i dont want the DSwite.

if they had it in black, i'd be heading down there NOT to start the line, but i guess i'll have to wait longer for it.

Ah...E3 at the Nintendo Store was pretty cool...but honestly, NYS sales tax is 8.625%, and I'm going to be in NJ this weekend...ah well. Honestly, I can't even afford the thing right now; once I start my summer job, I'll snag me one (prolly from the Interweb).

Another one of the only times I wish I could be in NY. I guess I'll just have to wait till Sunday here in MD. The color doesn't really matter to me, but if they ever do release a black DS Lite I'll just sell my white one to my brother (who still thinks I'm an idiot for even getting a Lite).

im too picky...i'd rather just hold off for the black one and enjoy my bulky red ds until that day comes. now if they come out with a red dsl....*drools*. the money thing isnt the issue for me, its just the color. black and white launch colors would be simple enough, yet they only went with white....im worried about not getting a Wii in black now...
