RAB left me a cryptic message about not being banned from PGC chat, not sure what it meant! I'd vote for additional loss of priveledges for relatively minor offenences these two appear to have commited or a lengthening of bannation period on subsequent offenses.

Seriously, though, as much as Rat thinks I hated him, he was right.  No, just kidding, Rat.  I just liked tooling on you.  Though, I don't think he was so awful, he just didn't think things through before he posted.  Which you could tell from the awful spelling, grammar, and lack of proofreading.
