Wario Ware / Mario Party mini game ideas!
« on: April 26, 2006, 09:49:06 PM »
I had an idea that was too cool to not share! It's a 4 player minigame where each player has to be moving their revmote constantly to the music... then stop right away when the music stops, and go straight back to it when it resumes (say there's a 1 second margin of error). The music will get faster and more random until one person is left and wins.

Lots of strategy and devious tactics could be involved here, when moving around with the revmote, it would be good to get a good position so another player can't push you and make your revmote move when the music stops, or maybe you'd want to be aggresive and knock the other people out, but remember while doing so you'd have to keep your revmote still as well! Or you could tell jokes so awesome that people laugh and drop their revmotes or move them and they get knocked out.

I think things like this could bring a whole new aspect to videogames, and i'm interested in hearing more ideas that are only possibly with Revolution! The main thing I like is that it puts more focus on the player, and the players imagination.

Here's an idea: have the next mario party game come with a revmote attachment that monitors your heart. In certain games, if your heart stops, you loose...so when playing you have to be sure to position yourself in such a way that other players can't murder you.

I like your idea, mario.
