1)I would give 2.6 Billion away to charities and such to avoid taxes and such.
2)I would invest half of the rest.
3)I would start an animation and video game company to create my ideas, and my friends movies.
4)I would then just live a normal life.

I'd buy 90 million copies of Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, and spread it out over 5 years so it continually tops each NPD monthly sales chart.

i would divide my money up

first I would spend a half a billion getting third parties to make games for revolution .5
another billion to make my own game company 1.5
then another billion convincing Nintendo, sega sammy, and namco bandai to all merge..of course under the leadership of Nintendo with exclusivity 2.5
another billion would be spent on investments that would grow to like 6 billion
and i would live off of 300 million and hope that last billion grows

Buy my own island country for a billion or two, so I wouldn't have to worry about taxes. I'd use the rest to buy games, DVDs, whatever else, give to friends, and invest in my creative endeavors.

Edit: No, screw that. I think I'd build a coloseum in a third world country and have people kill each other for vast sums of money.
That'd be sweet.
