Does anyone know why Arctic Thunder wasn't included? I love this game, and wanted it when it was first announced on the cube

I believe it runs on much more powerful hardware than Off Road Thunder and the other Ocean?(I forget the name) Thunder. It's probably too hard to emulate it, and a port would probably take too long.

It was also released stand alone for PS2 and XBox and turned out that it wasnt as great as Hydro or Off-Road.
