IGN biaised?

I wanted to buy Zoocube so I did a search for reviews of the game. I read around 10 different reviews. Most scores was around 7.5 or 8. Then I fall on IGN review of the game: 5.3! I find it strange that one of the most know site is the only one with a bad review. There is some very harsh comments on the game, especially the graphics, when all others reviewers said the graphics are good. I'm buying the game anyway, i really like puzzle games.

Well it is there stie they can be however biased or whatever they want.  Don't like it? Then don't type in cube.ign.com on the explorer bar.

Right, but I still think they should be honest in their reviews. I guess that's what happens when you get too big.

eh...I just read what I said again and I came out sounding like an ass I apologize.  Anyway I think you should play the game yourself....I mean editors have different taste in games.  While you might love RPGs...and editor may mark down for random battles and such, get my drift?  People gave RE0 a 8.0...which I don't think it deserves...and some people called Sonic Adventure 1 crap (erm..Billy) but thats one of my favorate games of all times!  So what my point is here is that you should just try it for yourself instead of relying on IGN's PGC or Gamespots reviews...hell I couldn't care less what there review scores are.

This is in no way "GameCube Discussion".  Just because you managed to throw a game in there doesn't make it any less an anti-IGN rant.  Here's a clue ... EVERYONE IS BIASED.  You can't be 100% impartial.  All you can do is identify where their bias lies, and factor that into anything you read.

And with that ...
