Nintendo Gaming / Ty problem

Ok...i am at 99% done the only thing i dont have is one of the talasmines. I need to fight fluffy and get it..When i go to julies with the talasmine machine he tells me make sure you visit all the portals..But i already have everything out of them i dont understand why it wont let me fight fluffy and get the last talasmine..Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
