The Witcher 3 upgrade is probably the biggest news for me here. Getting the Switch 2 version as a free upgrade is a pretty nice deal, especially with the expansions included. Hopefully the performance and image quality are a meaningful step up from the original Switch release.
I’m also glad to see Onimusha: Way of the Sword getting a demo. That’s one I’ll definitely try before deciding whether to pick it up.
There’s a surprising amount of stuff announced for 2027, though. Worms: Galactic Tactics and 1001 Threads of Mizan both sound interesting, but it feels like Switch 2’s release calendar is increasingly becoming a waiting game for next year. Still, having more third-party support can only be a good thing.
