o, and "Megiddo" something you should hopefully be seeing near the end of the game.

Not only that, but it's the strongest weapon special attack i've seen, and Isaac uses it every time!

I got The Lost Age when it came out about a week ago and was playing it all through spring break. I've beaten it already but that's after playing from when i wake up (around 8:00) to when i go to sleep (around 1:00 am) for a few days. I loved every minute, especialy when I heard about my old party from some townsfolk. I think i'm missing 7 Djinn, I have all of the Jupiters, i think. I'd go look for the rest but i'm to lazy to right now....

EDIT: Oh yeah, My party was in their high 30's when I beat the game, Felix being 40.

I have ruby, but i was lazy in catching Groudon and just used my master ball.

If you want to catch him normaly, Try putting him to sleep or freezing him. Sleep and Freezing increases your chances while paralizing doesn't, I think.

In resposne to the person above me...

Pokemon learning moves totally different from it's type has been in all the versions dude. I seem to recall in red/blue that you could teach Rhydon surf. BTW Groudon is a ground type.

Anyone else think that Tingle's magic fairy island is absolutely hilarious, as well as the awesome Battleship Clone Guy?

Gotta love those Slooooshes and Ka-BOOMs.

The ending left me confused mostly, but I liked it.

I beat the game pretty easily with my Treecko. The only time I got stuck was at Brawly.

I figured it out a year or so before the release. I thought it was pretty obvious.

Yay! I just reached the 100 hour mark! I've already raised 2 of my pokemon to lvl 100 and working on my third. Has anyone else tried raising a Milotic? He leveled up way to quickly compared to my Metagross. It sorta worrys me....

I thought King Hyrule said to wash away Hyrule, not completely destroy it. Maybe in a future Zelda game someone gets the Triforce and wishes for Hyrule to be restored.

Also the anient Hylian text is translated. It's fairly interesting to see what Valoo and Jabun has to say. I havn't noticed anything besides that.

Look at Wind Waker closely... Zelda is a decendant of the King. BUT she has pointed ears like the forest people... i.e... Link.

Actually, in OoT all Hylians have pointed ears and i think the forest people have round ears. Also i thought King Hyrule did have pointed ears, maybe just not that noticable.

In response to Link's mother, The Deku Tree in OoT said that Link's mom was gonna die but before she did she left Link with the Deku tree to protect Link from the wars in Hyrule. Link's dad could've been a soldier that died in the war too.

wow 108 hours? Currently i only have around 80, but i still have yet to raise my pokemon to lvl 100... Currently i'm getting all the pokemon i can.

Is it just me or did they make the Elite 4 really annoying? I always raised my pokemon to 100 through the elite 4 but they keep on using full restores, making me waste my pp and frustrates me.

I found that if i perform a parry attack faster than when it makes the noise then i don't get hit. I really wish the area in which you fight was a lot bigger, i always mess up when i back orca into a wall.

« on: April 06, 2003, 02:57:18 PM »
I know that. But have you watched the intro to WW? It disproves that it takes place 100 years after. More like hundreds like The King of Red Lions says. Or maybe 100 years after OoT is when Hyrule gets flooded...

need a little help without being spoiled too much. I completed the forest dungon/forbidden woods but as im about to voyage back into sea I noiced thta it hasnt been marked on my sea chart. I may want to return back there in future so how can I get it marked on my chart?

Didn't that fishman at Dragoon Roost Isle explain how to get your chart maked? Leave bait for a fishman (the weird fish that jump high in the air) and he'll mark the nearby island on your chart and give you some info.

Mr. Aonuma: In terms of the storyline, we've decided that this takes place 100 years after the events in The Ocarina of Time. We think that as you play through the game, you'll notice that in the beginning the storyline explains some of the events in The Ocarina of Time. You'll also find hints of things from The Ocarina of Time that exist in The Wind Waker.

The intro seems to contradict that statement.
