James taking the piss out of Arlo made my day.
I’ve been using YouTube (via SmartTube) for a long time with very tightly curated settings, and I usually stick to my subscribed channels or to recommendations from people I trust. Despite all these precautions, the hype around the Switch 2 has managed to give me a glimpse into YouTube’s outrage machinery. After this little taste, it’s even more baffling to me how anyone can subject themselves to that platform without the safeguards I mentioned, without developing some colourful fantasies of violence.

I have no experiences with one of the Elite controllers, but I am using a Xbox Series pad for my PC for one year now and had no problems in games like Celeste, Shovel Knight, Street Fighter 6 and Tetris Effect or playing NSMBW and DKCR on Dolphin. Comparing the standard controllers from the big three on the market right now, this pad has without question the most reliable Dpad from all of them (and the loudest). Not something I would have expected.
