Nintendo Gaming / RE:Gamecubes Graphics

Gamecube excels most in small load times.  It also has considerable more image quality than PS2.

However, PS2 can mass more polygons (see ratchet and clank) and Xbox has superior sound (Dolby 5.1 in game).

But just play the games.

I found it enjoyable at times, but glitchy and tedious.  Seeing how it took a majority of Rareware (over 200 employees) to focus on this game for four years to make it, I complete understand why Nintendo sold them.

The music was complete blah, and horrible quality (maybe some of it was composed for N64, eh).

IGN cube is a bit shakey at times.

Anyway, why base something off one review from anyone?  www.gamerankings.com averages scrores from every significant review out there, so their scores are bang on.

http://www.gamerankings.com/htmlpages2/589720.asp

It's 94% there based of 16 reviews, so it's pretty high.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: Amazing Deals!

I was at Target during the Friday/Saturday Thanksgiving sale and I snagged:

Kingdom Hearts for $14
Pikmin for $14
StarFox Adventures for $18

Target was supposed to have Tekken 4 for $14, but since they sold out, they let any PS2 GH take it's place.
I don't know why they sold Pikmin to me for $14.
StarFox was on sale for 17.98

Buying cheap is the only way to go for college students.  If I bought this stuff last year, it would have been $150!

Btw, I'm "new" here.  I had an account at opn2000.com ages ago (remember when Fran from IGN posted?) and whatever incarnation this site was (I think projectn2000 or something like that).
I was known as web67 at gaming-age forums but they banned me.  After emailing about 3 staff members and waiting a month, I still don't have any replies.
I'm known as katanabladex (and katanablade9) on battle.net for WarcraftIII: TFT on Azeroth.
