Nintendo Gaming / RE:Something important to know about the Revolution
« on: February 03, 2005, 05:44:21 AM »
in a sort of way, I've been raised by Nintendo so I'll be loyal. But in the meantime I follow Final Fantasy wherever they are going (I mean Real Final Fantasy, not like mystic quest or Crystal Chronicles) so I'll have to buy a ps3 as well

Yeah you heard me, I like ps3 too but in my heart Nintendo is first so in the console war I'd like to see Nintendo=1st
Sony=2nd....Xbox good LAST.

Nintendo Gaming / RE:Nintendo Revolution, Discuss it here!

unless 3d screen become the standard as a television, I don't see Revolution using something different than the well-known tv or maybe revolution is just a console with regular games and all (an upgrade from gamecube) but with some add-ons like gadgets to enhance gameplay.

Nintendo Gaming / revolution rumors wrap-up
« on: January 28, 2005, 09:06:07 AM »
here is a rumors pot-pourri

That Nintendo is building gyroscopes into the controllers, presumably to add some sort of motion-control aspect to games.
The console will have dual processors and built-in broadband (we’re assuming Ethernet, but maybe also WiFi?).
There are no plans to connect the DS to the Revolution, but there could be some integration with the Game Boy Evolution.
The Revolution will have four controller ports, a hard drive, and support for high-resolution displays and Dolby Digital 5.1 channel surround sound.
The console will be backwards-compatibility with GameCube games, and in what would only be a swipe at Sony, its drive will use HD-DVD, rather than Blu-ray, discs.
The console will launch with a new Mario game (of course), and there is a new Zelda game in the works.
There’s some teaser stuff at the end about how the truly “revolutionary” part of the new console is going to be something that “is nothing new technically speaking. It’s just something that hasn’t really been applied to video games before.” The tipster also claims that his source would only tell him that “touching is good but feeling is better.”

I've seen interviews in game magazine saying that they don't want to be late this time so that they are ready for the next-gen consoles....they will probably launch it at the same time or before....that's what I guess.

so please bigjim,I'm not a bad guy, don'T attack me

well....I've looked at the other threads and it seems that the mention of a war is nothing new....but still it would be great to play that part of Zelda time with the Master Sword to be crafted...

Nintendo Gaming / idea for a Zelda game
« on: July 15, 2003, 07:28:12 PM »
what about they make the new zelda in the era just before they forged the Master Sword???

here is my own little story

You are Link, the king's main knight.A new threat has make his appearance(Ganon) who is looking for the Triforce of Wisdom(Zelda's one) or he's gonna put Hyrule(or whatever place to make change) in hell(up to you). The king ask some wise men to build a powerful weapon to destroy evil....it would be Link's quest to find all the ingredients to build the sword and hire some knights against Ganon's army...(if I remember in LttP,they mentionned that there was seven wise men)..Link could do a quest for each man....

anyway I thought it would be good....it would add dungeons since we miss a few dungeons in the latests Zelda's.....it would bring a more epic story about the Master Sword and its provenance

what do you think????

« on: July 15, 2003, 08:02:11 AM »
Like all of you guys,I've read that Nintendo plans to release their next consoles before Sony's and MS's
Don't you folks think that it would be a bad thing for the GC to release GC2 too soon???Releasing before rivals is indeed awesome, but did we get enough time to fully experience the original GC because they were too late on this one???

what do you think guys?
