I don't think Nintendo really has taken off titles more offensive..... Have you ever played House of the Dead: Overkill on the Wii? I have....... It is the most messed up game I have ever played in my life...... It was way more offensive then Binding of Isaac Rebirth....... One of the bad guys in it likes having sex with his mother all the time.... The final boss was his mother, grown to huge generic final boss size, and once you kill her, her son climbs inside of her vagina, and she explodes......... It is super messed....... I think they could take Binding of Isaac if they wanted to, it's just because of the religious themes that they won't, because it's against their policy.
