I also heard a rumor about Nintendo offering 3 different Wii U bundles ranging from $249.99 to $349.99!  All I need to know is when I can preorder!

Though I do agree with most of the predictions on here, I wanted to change it up a little.

  • The system will launch at midnight on 11-23-12
  • The price will be set at $329.99 w/ white being the only option at first
  • It will come bundled with the Wii U Console, a Wii U Gamepad, a demo disk, and preloaded software
  • I'll leave the launch line up alone at this point.

I love the enthusiasm for the new system!  I definitely can't wait to get my hands on one, and see what the Wii U can do in person!

EA should be able to utilize the dual game pad experience without without bogging down the frame rate too much, I would think.

My big hands just got excited!!!  Netflix will be worth having on this version as well.

This just furthers my belief that the system will be priced below $300.  And that is just fine with me ;D

Sounds like a game I will own for that price.

Like someone posted above, I would rather keep the core system cheap and use the terabyte that I still have available on my current hard drive.  I know not everybody is in this same position, but 8 gigs is enough to get started with.  At least they are not pulling a Vita!

I'm just glad Nintendo's conference is airing on Spike TV this year.  I got excited last year because they aired Microsoft's E3 presentation, and then put Nintendo's on the F#c%!NG G4 channel!  Who the hell pays for that channel by the way?

With them reporting losses recently I guess the "brag about how rich we are" segment of the conference will be cut short.  Though hopefully they don't just add that time to the "spend the most time on the game the E3 audience will be the least interested in" segment.  They should really add that time to the montage where the most interesting game in the show is passed over in a 2 second clip.
Even with their first reported loss, they could still brag about how rich they are.  Just sayin.

Well, then it should be a pretty polished game then.

I just want to party with Miyamoto!

Sounds cool to me!  No reason to be  getting your panties in a ruffle for a game that has just barely started production.  Give it time.

That is definitely a tough one.  That would be like trying to decide which one of my kids gets to live.  If I had to choose though, I would pick the kid that is Super Mario 3D Land to begin with.  Since I don't have to choose one, I am going to get both! ;D
