General Gaming / Scared by the Ps2 lineup at E3

... you guys seem sad with this lineup, even if you dont have the ps2s you make it sound like its horrible
i own a ps2 and im buying a cube this weekend, i have two ps2 games currently and one im selling, which means that the ps2 games are letting me down, so this list excites me.

but what excites me even more is the thought of playing zelda and mario kart and fzero..
the list goes on.

i used to own a gc, i got banned from these forums, and now i want one again. its about time nintendo starts to show their power in gaming. i think you all just make the list seem bad because the gc's lineups blow it away, which is true. man i cant wait.

if they did do this, and it was flat(like a dvd player) and played cd files and dvds i would definitely get it.
and even more, if it had a broadband adapter included with a disk tray it would be godly..

they got rid of it.. only 25 dollar gba trade in now
however like i said earlier, you get the gmr subsciption for ten bucks and i dunno if they stopped that too(i really doubt it so ask just in case) you trade your gba in and get forty for it

        im sure there is other topics similar to this.. but i looked and didnt find one, i was wondering from anyone who has gotten a paintjob from them if they are reliable, because i really want a different color for my sp and they said on the site they were probably gonna start doing sp's.  Thanks for the help if anyone bothers to post..

im just about to get my l7 pokemon badge in ruby and im about to sell the game so i can afford sonic advance two or gs 2..
but i was wondering after you get the 8th badge and beat the pokemon league is there anything else to do? like in silver you got to go back to the red and blue islands and do quests there, or do you just get to complete the pokedex and complete the challenge of "getting a level 100 pokemon"..

heres my opinion :
Gba:
pros---
more comfortable
a lot cheaper
cons--
hard to see, rarely could i find a comfortable+well lit conditon
GBASP:
speaker is louder, although nothing special
looks cooler(im no longer ashamed to bring it in public)
easy to see cuz of light
cons--
expensive

basically if i dint have a gba at all i woulda gotten just a special colored gba, with a well rated light, but since i already had one with a gmr subscription i just forked out 40 bucks with my gba and got a gbasp..

NO... DO NOT GET THE GBA GAMESHARK.  

*&#$ .. i used to thing gs was good back in the 64 days but for my ps2 and gbc and gba it sucks.. it ruined my legend of zelda dx too,  not just the save file, the whole damn game, i had to throw it away..

well anyways, the day i got it i was like hey.. ill look up some mario kart cheats cuz these locked tracks are hard to get.. and this was 2 weeks(somewhere around that time) after it was released and i couldnt find any codes. so i searched other sights and couldnt find any that supported the gba gs.. so i came back almost every three days for the next two weeks, none on any of the games i had (golden sun, mario kart, iridion 3d, fzero) this was a while ago btw.. and i ended up never using it. I even tryed the pc software on my pc and that wouldnt connect right so i just gave up and sold it.

dont let me mention how uncomfortable it is too, it almost doubles the width of the gba and if you even tap the cartridge hooked to the gs itll freeze

(btw im new here not trying to bitch or anything just giving my true thoughts)  

as for the game saves tho i never tried that so i cant say anything on that
