Nintendo Gaming / metroid prime problem

i live in germany and finally got my freeloader and MP.
And now i've got a problem
everytime i load the game on the tallon overworld after a few seconds or after a couple of minutes the game crashes. there is a black screen which says that the disc couldn't be read.
I'm just walking around and suddenly it crashes without any reason
what can i do?
