From what I've read from a press release by SEGA and Big Red Button Entertainment, Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric will be powered by CRYENGINE.  It's not CryEngine 3 as we all assume.

After watching the Sonic Boom teaser trailer, I was impressed.  What really STUNS me are two things--  BIG RED BUTTON ENTERTAINMENT has two guys who used to work at Sony's development studio NAUGHTY DOG.  And secondly, BRBE is using CryEngine on a Sonic title for the Wii U?!  This is of "Over 9000" proportions.  When it launches (3DS format also coming soon), I would be more than honored to play this American-made title from SEGA.

Another masterpiece from the developers at Nintendo Enterainment & Analysis Department Tokyo.  They truly know how to surprise everyone on a global scale... not only the graphics in HD (scaled to full HD), at 60 frames per second... but also as asymmetric 4-player co-op and the overall fun.  This Friday, I'll be ready for the Big N to take my cash and buy Super Mario 3D World!

I am speechless already.  Never in my entire existence have I ever seen a Wii U title earning a PERFECT SCORE!  Although it's $10 more than the PS3 and Xbox360, the Wii U version of Deus Ex is THE game!  Outstanding job on the review!

I've gotten Need for Speed: Most Wanted U last week.  All weekend long, I refuse to put my GamePad down.  Even my great-nephew is having fun playing Co-driver mode.  The graphics are PC-quality and look even more beautiful than their rival home consoles.  Not only that, the play control is off the chain!!!!!  Criterion Games have done an outstanding job and I hope EA reconsiders and release another Need for Speed title for the Wii U in the future.

I don't care if the price drops or not... I'm STILL buying Need for Speed: Most Wanted U at (or during) launch.  Not only that I've own the Wii U for a month, but also truly support Criterion Games in making this the most definitive version of its title.  Using PC assets with better lighting textures and exclusive features, this is truly a MUST OWN funtastic driving experience.  Next Tuesday is the time I feel the Need once more... this time, on the U.

The world need more passionate gamers who loves making games for Nintendo systems.  Randy Pitchford (Gearbox CEO) isn't the only one.


And when Need for Speed: Most Wanted U is released on March 19th (North America), I most DEFINITELY want to purchase the game and support Criterion Games in developing the definitive version.

There are two things I would love to see on both Nintendo 3DS and Wii U.  1) Miiverse for 3DS, Smartphones, and PCs... and 2) cross-platform gameplay beyond Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate.

The 3DS Fire Emblem unit looks extremely sexy and epic... at the same time!  By the time the bundle is released in North America, there's a very strong possibility it's gonna sell out within weeks.

I remember playing Zen Pinball 1 from the PlayStation Network on PS3.  When I get the Wii U back this Thursday, I'll look forward getting the sequel and purchasing tables... especially from the Marvel universe.

this is great news, this answers a question we all had, will there be download limits. Apparently not. Another question. Will we be able to download movies?

Nope... but you can download movies from your PC or laptop onto the external hard drive and then plug it back into the Wii U USB port.
