DrZ - I found your pic not to be funny (yes, I know you changed it).  9/11 is no laughing matter.

The Nintendo Revolution should be the shape of a Reggie figurine.  When you turn it on, Reggie's eyes will light up red and it will say "If you don't play with me, I will kick your ass!"

Oh man.  My idea is so awesome!

General Gaming / RE:Super Monkey Ball 1 & 2 coming for PS2
« on: September 11, 2004, 06:59:23 PM »
KDR - I see your point, but I cannot see why Sega would decide to put Monkey Ball on the Xbox since their previous Xbox exclusive games sold crap.  I'm willing to bet most Xbox gamers who will look at the box and think: "What the hell is this game?  Looks like it's for kid.  Bah."  Wasn't that the similar impression they had of JSRF?  Before anyone tells me MS opened their wallet, I cannot see MS paying for a game like Monkey Ball, especially when MS (and Sony) brainwash gamers into believing Nintendo is for kids.

For PS2, I understand.

Then who is the actual developer if AV is supervising?

I JUST DON'T GET IT.  What will it take for Sega to understand these types of games don't sell on the xbox (and no, I cannot see MS giving them $$$ for monkey ball)?  *points to JSRF, Shenmoo II and Panzer Dragoon Orta*

Hey Sega, if you are giving PS2 and Xbox pretty much all our used-to-be exclusive games, I WANT JSRF, Shenmoo II and Panzer Dragoon Orta ported to the GC.  Because it's turning into this: nearly all Sega games are on PS2 and Xbox, and not GC.  Nevermind if they sell well or not.

This calls for Seto-sama to get to the bottom of this, and frighten the living daylights out of Sega managers.

Where did you read that?  It had compressed sounds and lower polygon counts vrs the xbox's version.  Sure there was some GBA connections bonuses but did you really need health regeneration in that game?

IGN's head-to-head (not that I subscribe to IGN...lol) said the GC version was the best.  Sure, the Xbox had a higher poly count in some areas (mostly the prince having separated fingers and more rounded limbs), but overall, it said the GC looked better due to better textures and a brighter, more colorful world.

Girls Bravo is pretty good, but so far, it is not that great as most people are cracking it to be.  There's too much unnecessary fan service why is there boobs bouncing all over the place at times? ;_____;, but it gets funny at times.

I've noticed in this thread people have bad tastes in anime!

Not entirely true.  There are some multiplatform games where the Cube is the best version; like Sonic Heroes and Prince of Persia (there are others).  Thanks to The Real Shadow Fox!

No no no.  I don't want the biggest 4 door sedan.  A medium sized one is perfect for me.  Like my old Ford Telstar I still push to it's limits today....lol

Someone who can read my mind!  I hate luxury cars too, whether I'm rich or not.  And I consider the Lexus to be a sh!tty luxury Toyota.  Not that Toyota is sh!t.  I like their cars (my parents drive 'em), just not the Lexus line.

These of you who don't follow the AFL (I don't much), one of the St Kilda Saints' sponsors is Microsoft Xbox.  During the season, they had "Xbawx" written on their shorts.  Now it's been changed to "Hayloe 2" to fool every Aussie seeing it into buying the game.  Here's a picture gallery.  Don't view it on a full stomach as they've been known to produce effects ranging from nausea to projectile vomiting.

I'm personally waiting for MS to force the Saints to wear Master Chief suits on the field.

...nah, I don't want a sportscar.  Most are too small for my tastes.  I want a 4-door sedan, thus why I'm interested in the Impreza!
