  Over at IGN in the N-query, someone asks aquestion about ea sports.  IGN goes on to say that EA has a game to be announced shortly for all 3 systems, and 'you'll be happy'.  What could it be?  Not Vendetta, as that was already announced.

It was refreshing to see, thats for sure.  I made my own GC commercial about 6 months ago.  I had a cube and an xbox side by side.  The x-box had a real 'tough, ' annoyingly loud voice, boasting about itself.  "Cmon!, play me! I got the most power ever!  You just wait!  I'll have the best RPG of all time!  I will!..."Meanwhile, the cube is silent.  The GC politelty clears its throat as people come in the room.  You see a 12-pack get put on the box,like a table, as a bunch of people get the cube action going.  What do you think?

  Why wouldn't All Star Baseball feature online play?  Its ridiculous not to have it on the cube.  I'm really getting tired of this.  How hard is it to add?  On another note, did anybody hear about Capcoms Ghosts and Goblins game online?  It sounded pretty sweet, but the platform wasn't revealed.  Hopefully another GC exclusive.

  Supposedly nintendo will announce that Capcom is a 2nd party at E3. Wish i remembered where i saw it.  It does seem to ad up at the moment if you look at the big picture.  Also, Dino crisis 3 would be the last game to be on another system, but it apparently wont be exclusive anymore.  Hopefully it'll be true.

'Nintendo wont buy midway, because they are buying EA. That is why Sega stopped developing sports games on Gamecube, because they didnt want to compete with EA's exclusive games on Gamecube and now they will make more money on PS2 because EA will stop making ps2 games. '


Sweet fancy moses!  Where in the ! did you hear that?!  EA is the biggest 3rd party around, and i doubt that they would be on the block...

I'm an old-time gamer [29] , i still enjoy all of Nintendos games[1st party].  I played Super Mario for 17 straight hours on christmas day, 1985.  The only reason i buy nintendo systems is because their games have never let me down.  Games like GTA3 are great for my friends[and me sometimes]  who are casual gamers.  [madden,gta3,nhl,]  Nintendo, unfortunately, is becoming a cult for hardcore gamers.  [I say unfortunate because of the market they're missing out on.}  What they should do, and the only thing, is force all these companys that ride the GBA into cash heaven to make GC games as well.  Like KONAMI.

TalkBack / Sega Officially Kills GameCube Sports Development

  Madden is better than NFL2k3.  Nfl2k3 was better in some areas, but madden, overall, is the better game.  The other sports were all Sega.  Hopefully, EA will keep all the sports games on cube now that they have no competition

  I am so fed up with Konami.  Crap game after crap game, and i'm not even including the Disney games. There was supposed to be games coming from Konami mobile 21, but have they even made 1 game yet?  I say no GBA games unless they provide the GC with some good titles.  Like a Castlevania, for instance.
