I wouldn't put a lot of meaning behind the PS3s 151k sales.  Ever since they announced the pricecut and redesign, their sales went into the crapper for all the weeks leading up to it.  So the real net effect probably isn't much.

Hopefully Wii sales are spurred by New Super Mario Bros. Wii, similar to the way the DS was spurred by NSMB too.

Of course, this is probably the excuse some of the Japanese third parties were waiting for, a signal that the Wii "fad" is over.

Did anyone really expect "My First Madden NFL" to sell well? EA fucks themselves every time they "stylize" the Wii Madden. The first and second Madden games sold over 150k, IIRC, then the last 2 have gotten worse and worse, even though the install base is much, much larger. I could care less, I don't play the game, but if they want to sell games, MAKE IT THE SAME FUCKING GAME AS THE OTHER VERSIONS. Ditch the "All Play" and the Blitz look, and make a fucking football game, with awesome controls. Tiger Woods on the Wii outsold all of the other versions (every year, too). Why? Because it's the same game as the other versions, only with unparalleled control.

Metroid Prime: Trilogy. That wasn't a new game though, so I am not sure it counts all that much.

Deguello, Sony announced the PS3 pricecut about a week before it took effect. Not sure how you could get "sales went into the crapper" from that. However, PS3 sales have been terrible anyways (especially considering that in North America it has been struggling just to outsell the PS2).
