I'm not expecting Titanfall from a 15-man studio in San Diego. That's the beauty of it, I want something that people loved to do and would do it for free. I don't think it will be less of a game if it not coming from a big name company.

Much like in music, most famous musical acts suck(especially in hiphop) so indie is where the passion is. I'll ride with passion.

I don't think indie games are supplementary for having third party support, but they are very much complementary to Nintendo's own Wii U output. Though for some folks, that might not be enough.

Tbh after giving some thought I've realized that indies simply are much more well suited to a nintendo console then say EA or Activision because their offerings are able to run on an open market without fear of being overshadowed by a new mario game while being able to say "we've got our own unique experience on the eshop"

I own every system (no xb1) and I can honestly say that I am looking forward to Shovel Knight more than any other title this month. Does that make me a hipster?
