Just got the final plate for the fully upgraded Thunder Lance today. Totally tired of farming the Lagi capture quest.

Here is the setup. Jaggi Mask,Leather+ Mail, Leather+ Vambraces,Leather+ Faulds and Leather greaves. The set calls for a 4 fate tali but if you don't have that you can use a 3 slotted weapon or a mix between the Tali and weapon so you get 4 fate points between the two. The skills on this set is Great Luck,Gathering +2,Divine Whim and speed gathering. The roll the ukator High rank quest gives timeworns as a secondary reward which I believe is affected Great Luck skill.Haven't tested it yet though.

Not a bad game plan, and I already have all the pieces of the set. I don't know if I have a Fate tali, but I could always use a 3-slot tali for that. Hopefully, the Fate jewels don't use any obscure materials.

We may have to do some of that when you're feeling better, I could use some better talis for some skills.

The fate jewels use Deviljho scalps or a Sky piercer depending on how many slots the jewel uses. The former is a 1 slotted and the latter is a 3 slotted one. I figured out a way for both if you don't want to use one or the other. If you want to use the former you use a 3 slotted weapon and then have a whim tali with one slot.The whim tali is to counteract the loss of points from the fate jewels in the weapon. If you happen to have a skypiercer laying around you can use that in the weapon and then use a Whim tali. You only need a 2 whim tali for that. Tell me your Fate tali if you have one and I'll see if I can come up with something for you.

Also I am feeling better today so maybe tomorrow we can do something.

No clue, I'd have to check. I think Whim may be one of the +10 ones I have, unless it can't reach 10 in which case I'm remembering incorrectly.

Yeah whim is a C skill so it can reach 10.B skills can reach 7,and A skills reach 4 as the max.Fate is an A skill.

Here is the best each can get. C skills best is 10 with 2 slots. B is 7 with 2 slots and A skills get either 3 with one slot or 4 with a -10 skill which doesn't matter to the set.

Well it is Monday and that means that there is another episode of My Fair Hunter. Today Sara and Roy fight a Royal Ludroth and go over speed combos and they point out a tip about the decorations that I didn't know. When making decorations you can make it so the decorations are by the skill name and not the jewel names. Also next week they are going to tackle the Lance.

Sorry I didn't post any new Tri videos this past week but I have been busy. Also my sister is suppose to be coming by this afternoon so I might have my attention split.
Anyway today is Monday again and that means that an new episode of My Fair Hunter is up. Roy and Sarah talk about their trip to Japan a little bit and they were at a convention as well so they had to take their Wiis with them.
