Okay so I'm probably going to cut down on my play time for this. Will likely play on Sundays and whenever someone else wants to play so if you want me to play then you should post that you are getting on.

I was online for a while but couldn't find a city that didn't have people already out on quests. What room do NWR folks play in nowadays?

EDIT: I've updated the official NWR room to be Greed 4, Gate 27, City 27. Let me know if this is not OK.

Anybody what to play today? I think Super Ala is back.Getting lots of skypiercers easily without breaking horns. Have to be HR51.

I my swing by later today & try out my Jho Hammer on him. The affinity is lower than Great Gaiarch G but with the higher attack & the fact that it packs a dragon elemental punch should make up the difference.

Read a FB post from Capcom, saying they want the Monster Hunter Tri players off of their Capcom Unity boards to meet up every Saturday for questing. May do some hunts with that gang too.

Nice playing with you GK. Thanks for the help in the arena. I think I wasted my Hunter King coins. I didn't get a para off with that hammer. Oh well I guess I can use it when I am playing offline or solo quests. Next thing to get is the Volcannon fully upgraded. Pinicle coins and Hunter King coins are what I need.

I have the Pecco para hammer & I noticed using the spinning attack seemed to help with getting a monster paralyzed. Status weapons depend more on multiple hits than damage, so the charged smashing attack doesn't mean as much.

Yeah I was doing the spinning attack most of the time but I didn't get that many of those hits to show any para infliction.Maybe with awakened status weapons I should use different armor than the Helios vangus mix. Maybe I need status attack up on it.
